Before therapy begins, we will have a 10-15 minutes phone call to discuss your requirements and establish how we might best work together. This introductory phone consultation will be FREE . This phone call is a good opportunity for us to decide if we are best suited to work together. To arrange your consultation please contact me below.

​Individual sessions take place online on the Zoom platform. If you have another preferred platform, this can also be arranged.​

Adult sessions online

Individual therapy session (50 mins): £65

​TERMS:

Payments must be made prior to the session. 

If I need to cancel a session at short notice, I will try to replace this whenever I can.

If you cancel your session 48 hours in advance there is no fee, and I will endeavour to rearrange the appointment where possible. Any appointments cancelled within 48 hours of your session, or any sessions which are not attended, will be charged at the full session fee.

A working contract will be sent out to you prior to us starting the work together, please sign and send this back to me before we begin the work together.
