Assessment Session
Our first session together is designed to be a thorough assessment, giving us a valuable opportunity to understand your unique situation and goals. This initial appointment allows us to explore your life story, discuss what has led you to seek support, and begin mapping out a path forward. All individual adult work is conducted in an online setting via the Zoom platform and I welcome all clients located in the UK.
What to Expect
You are invited to share as much or as little about your background and current challenges as you feel comfortable. The space is confidential, safe, and non judgemental and this will be your time to help me to understand your situation and what has brought us together.
By the end of the session, we’ll work together to identify your goals and discuss the best therapeutic approaches to achieve them. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel heard and understood, and to develop a clear, personalized approach to help you achieve positive outcomes.
